بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم
نحمدہ و نصلی علیٰ رسولہ الکریم، اما بعد
حضرت انسؓ ہی سے یہ بھی بعض لوگوں نے نقل کیا ہے کہ آپ ﷺ بائیں ہاتھ میں انگوٹھی پہنتے تھے۔ شمائل ترمذی
Some people have also related from Hadhrat Anas radhiallah anhu that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam wore a ring on the left hand. (Shamaa’il-e-Tirmidhi)
امام باقرؓ فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت امام حسن اور امام حسین رضی اللہ عنھم اپنے بائیں ہاتھ میں انگوٹھی پہنا کرتے تھے۔ شمائل ترمذی
Imam Baaqir radhiallah anhu states that both Hadhrat Imam Hasan and Imam Hussain were seen wearing a ring on their left-hands. (Shamaa’il-e-Tirmidhi)
حضرت ابن عمرؓ فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ ﷺ نےسونے کی انگوٹھی بنوائی جس کو اپنے داہنے ہاتھ میں پہنا کرتے تھے۔ صحابہ نے بھی اتباعاً سونے کی انگھوٹھیاں بنوائیں آپ ﷺ نے اس کے بعد وہ انگوٹھی پھینک دی اور فرمایا اس کو کبھی نہیں پہنوں گا۔ اور صحابہ نے بھی اپنی انگوٹھیاں پھینک دیں۔ شمائل ترمذی
Hadhrat Ibn Umar radhiallah anhu states that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam had a gold ring made for him which he would wear on his right hand. In following him the Companions also had gold rings made for themselves. Later the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam threw away that gold ring and said, “I will never wear this again.” And the Companions also threw away their (gold) rings. (Shamaa’il-e-Tirmidhi)
اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ ہمیں نبی کریم ﷺ کی ساری سنتوں پہ عمل کرنے کی توفیق نصیب فرمائے۔ آمین
I pray to Allah subhana wa ta’ala to grant us all the taufeeq to have amal upon all the Sunnahs of the Blessed Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. Ameen.
