چھپ گیا ہے دل میں نقش اب آپ کی نعلین کا

نحمدہ و نصلی علیٰ رسولہ الکریم ، اما بعد
نعلین شریف کی سنتیں
The Sunnahs of the Blessed Na’layn
مقام ہو گا کیا حضرتؐ کی نعل اعلیٰ کا
جو کر کے آئی ہے سیر عرشِ بالا کا
آصفؔ
Who can know the status of the Blessed na’l (shoe) of the Prophet ﷺ
That which returned from visiting the heights of the Arsh
(Hadhrat Asif Hussain Farooqui D.B.)
ذکر جو چھیڑا کسی نے آپ کی نعلین کا
دل میں میرے چھپ گیا ہے نقش اب نعلین کا
آصفؔ
Someone made a mention of the Na’layn of Prophet ﷺ
And now the image of the Na’layn has been stamped upon my heart

حضرت قتادہؓ کہتے ہیں میں نے حضرت انسؓ سے دریافت کیا کہ آپﷺ کےنعلین شریف کیسے تھے تو انہوں نے فرمایا کہ ہر ایک جوتے میں تسمے تھے۔ شمائل ترمذی
Hadhrat Qatadah radhiallah anhu narrates, “I enquired from Hadhrat Anas radhiallah anhu the description of the Na’layn of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam who told me that each shoe had laces. (Shamaa’il-e-Tirmidhi)
ابن عباسؓ فرماتے ہیں کہ حضور اقدس ﷺ کی نعلین شریف کےتسمے دوہرے تھے۔ شمائل ترمذی
Ibn Abbas radhiallah anhu narrates that the laces in the blessed Na’layn of Allah’s Messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam were in pairs. (Shamaa’il-e-Tirmidhi)
ابو ہریرہؓ بھی نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ حضور اقدس ﷺ کی نعلین شریف کےدو تسمے تھے۔ شمائل ترمذی
Abu Hurayrah radhiallah anhu also relates that there were two laces in the blessed Na’layn of Allah’s Messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. (Shamaa’il-e-Tirmidhi)
اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ ہمیں نبی پاکﷺ کی نعلین کے صدقے سے آپ ﷺ کی بہت ہی پیاری پیاری سنتوں پر عمل کرنے کی توفیق نصیب فرمائے اور ہمیں سچے عاشقِ رسول ﷺ بنائے۔
I pray that through the blessings of the Na’layn of the Blessed Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, Allah subhana wa ta’ala grants us the taufeeq to have amal upon the beautiful Sunnahs of the Blessed Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and make us into true lovers of Allah’s Messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
