بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم
نحمدہ و نصلی علیٰ رسولہ الکریم
آپ ﷺ عمامہ کا شملہ پیچھے آگے اور دائیں طرف لٹکاتے تھے۔
The end of the Amaamah of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was known to hang behind, at the front and also to the right.
آپ ﷺ شملہ دونوں شانوں کے درمیان بھی لٹکاتے تھے اور کبھی دائیں بھی اور کبھی بائیں بھی۔ شملہ کا بائیں طرف بھی چھوڑنا سنت ہے۔
The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would sometimes let the end of the Amaamah hang (behind him) between his shoulders, sometimes (at the front) to his right and sometimes (at the front) to his left)
حضرت عمرو ابن حرثؓ فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ منظر میری آنکھوں کے سامنے ہے جب آپ ﷺ خطبہ فرما رہے تھے اور آپ کا شملہ دونوں شانوں کے درمیان تھا۔ مسلم ، نسائی
Hadhrat Umro ibn Harth radhiallah anhu states, “That scene is before my eyes, when the blessed Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was delivering a sermon and the end of his Amaamah was hanging between his shoulders. (Muslim & Nasai)
آپ ﷺ اپنے عمامہ شریف کو سحاب فرماتے تھے
The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would name his Amaamah shareef, ‘Sahaab’.
اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ ہمیں نبی کریم ﷺ کی عمامہ شریف والی سنت کو اپنی زندگی میں اتارنے کی توفیق نصیب فرمائے۔آمین
I pray that Allah subahana wa ta’ala grants us the taufeeq to bring the Prophet’s sallallahu alayhi wa sallam Sunnah of wearing the Amaamah into our lives.
