بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم
نحمدہ و نصلی علیٰ رسولہ الکریم، اما بعد
داڑھی کا کاٹنا یا منڈانا اللہ کی فطرت کو بدلنا ہے۔ تفسیر روح المعانی
To cut the beard (shorter than fistful in length) or to shave it is to change its natural state designated by Allah. (Tafseer Rooh-ul-Ma’aani)
عبد اللہ بن عباسؓ سے روایت ہے کہ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا جو بالوں کے ساتھ مثلہ کرے یعنی داڑھی کو منڈائے، اللہ کی یہاں اس کا کچھ حصہ نہیں ہے۔ طبرانی
It is narrated by Abdullah Ibn Abbas that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, “The one who shaves the beard has no share due here with Allah.” (Tabarani)
ھدایۃ شریف میں ہے کہ داڑھی کا منڈانا مثلہ کرنا ہے اور مثلہ کرنا حرام ہے۔
It is written in Al-Hidayah, that to shave the beard is akin to cutting off a part of the body and to cut off a part of the body is haraam.
اللہ سبحانہ و تعالٰی ہمیں نبی پاک ﷺ کی تمام سنتوں پہ عمل کرنے کی توفیق نصیب فرمائے۔
I pray to Allah subhana wa ta’ala to grant us the taufeeq to have amal upon all the Sunnahs of the Blessed Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. Ameen
