نحمدہ و نصلی علیٰ رسولہ الکریم، اما بعد
داڑھی مبارک کی سنتیں
The Sunnahs of the Blessed Beard
آپ ﷺ کی ریش مبارک اتنی گہری اور گنجان تھی کہ آپ ﷺ کے سینہ مبارک کو بھر دیتی تھی۔ شمائل ترمذی
The blessed beard of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam so deep and dense that it would fill the blessed chest of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. (Shamaa’il-e-Tirmidhi)
الشفا میں قاضی عیاض فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ ﷺ کی ریش مبارک کے بال اس کثرت سے تھے کہ جس سے آپ ﷺ کا سینہ مبارک بھر گیا تھا۔ مدارج النبوت
Qadhi Iyyadh in Ash-Shifaa states that there was such an abundance of hair in the blessed beard of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam that it filled his chest. (Madaarij-un-Nabuwwat)
مذہب حنفی میں داڑھی کی حد ایک مٹھی ہے یعنی اس سے کم نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔ مدارج النبوت
In the Hanafi madhhab, the (minimum) limit of the beard is one fistful, i.e. it is not permissible to cut it shorter than that or before it reaches that length. (Madaarij-un-Nabuwwat)
اللہ پاک ہمیں نبی کریم ﷺ کی تمام سنتوں پہ عمل کرنے کی توفیق نصیب فرمائے۔
I pray to Allah subhana wa ta’ala to grant us the taufeeq to have amal upon all of the Sunnahs of the Blessed Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
