یاد آتی ہے بہت رمضان طیبہ کی بہار ۔
مدینہ پہنچو تو میرا سلام کہہ دینا
تڑپ رہا ہے دیوانہ سلام کہہ دینا
ہو رحمتوں کی بارش تمہارے جانے پر
برستے قطروں میں میرا سلام کہہ دینا
پڑے جو گنبد خضرا پہ تیری پہلی نظر
نظر جھکا کے ادب سے سلام کہہ دینا
ریاض جنہ میں جاؤ تو بھولنا نہ ہمیں
دعا میں ہاتھ اٹھا کے سلام کہہ دینا
جب حاضری ہو تمہاری روضہ اقدس پہ
سسکتی آہوں کا میرا سلام کہہ دینا
تمہیں آصفؔ کی بیچارگی جو یاد آئے
تو جالی تھام کے رو کر سلام کہہ دینا
