When you serve Allah ta'ala's creation, eventually you'll become a person where the dunya will serve you.
We should have the yearning to assist others. The Awliyah Allah are as such people.

I witnessed the environment of my Hadraths sahib Khankah, the unique thing one could see was the service (khidmat). There was the passion for serving and assisting.
Even if they faced poverty and difficulty themselves they would worry to feed their guests.
Regarding my Hadhrat Sahib, it was a wonder subhaanAllah, Allah ta'ala accepted their khidmat and gave them means to provide others!

Allah ta'ala puts so much barakah in langar.
All of this faiz and benefit comes from the time of the Prophet ﷺ. He is the fountain of faiz and blessings. He taught us good character and how to serve people and from him the teachings came. Look at his style of hosting the guest.

Nabi ﷺ had nothing but a bowl of milk and he fed the ashaab sufa who were more than 70. They were hungry and Nabi ﷺ invited all of them to partake from It. So Hadhrat Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه called them all and the bowl was presented to them. Nabi ﷺ told him to distribute it and ask each companion to drink from it one by one, till their full. Hadhrat Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه thought that when the bowl would come to him it would be empty but he said he kept drinking until he was full and was instructed by the prophetﷺ to keep drinking. There was so much barakah!

This is what we will see amongst the Sufis.

There is a hadith that, "Whoever believes in Allah and his messenger ﷺ should host his guests."

Its laazim to serve the guests as it shows the imaan of a person and it confirms his belief.
Serving the creation holds a very high reward.
Allah ta'ala loves this deed and it is a high level of taqwa.

Such people with this quality, stays hungry himself but desires the stomachs of others to be full.

Today in this age of selfishness we want everything for ourselves. Forget about giving our own food to others we say other people's wealth should be ours aswell. so where will taqwa come from?

When a person keeps the 30 fasts of Ramadan, Allah ta'ala creates a desire within that person with the desire to serve the creation of Allah as he wants to become a Muttaqi. If one doesn't develop this, he hasnt attained the real objective of fast.

The fast should encourage these changes within us... then our Ramadan wll be accepted!

A hadith states that , Anyone who gives a single person food to break thier fast with , he will recieve more reward than freeing a slave and all his sins will be forgiven.

The prophet ﷺ was asked by those who didnt have a meal themselves as to what they could do to attain reward and the prophetﷺ said, " even if you give a sip of milk or a date to the fasting person" (its sufficent) its not necessary that you give to their fill.

Allah tala will reward such a person by allowing him to drink from the blessed pond (haud) and he will never feel thirsty again.

Fasting develops the passion to serve the creation.

Many people arent used to extending thier hands, they have a long age and they dont beg or ask from anyone. Hence, its compulsory upon us to look around us and serve the needy.

I swear by Allah ta'ala that if in our society this recognition was to develop nobody would be poor!
Allah has created a system whereby some have been given less and some have been given more than others. Hence to make the equiblurim, Allah's made this worship by which, if someone's wealthy he should acknowledge that all his wealth doesnt belong to him. Rather, he should share with the poor people and not consider it his own. This is the biggest mistake of a person. Allah's given him the opportunity to distribute.

We have the capacity to distribute but that passion to serve people has diminished from us.
Faith and yaqeen is demonstrated by assisting the humanity and you will see this practise amongst the company of the blessed Awliyah Allah.

They will serve and assist you and you wont get 1 inch of difficulty from them. Moreover, they will teach you the name of Allah!
That's why they are selected by Allah with a high status because they've served and assisted others themselves.
You should have a big heart, even its 1 plate you should share with others.

Even if you have 1 date you should split it in half the share with someone else because Allah will put so much barakah in in that date that it will give you satisfaction and also the other person .

The person who only worries about himself and that he will have nothing left, he will never be able to serve the creation. And if he cant do this he can never become a Muttaqi.

Fasting teaches us a great message, all levels of paradise are attained , great Awliyah Allah were made due to the fast! The thief's and bandits have become Awliyah Allah through fast.
Its not some minor action. Allah has placed all the qualities in this action of fasting.

Such a great mercy ot Allah ta'ala that He gave us Ramadan.

If you can develop these qualities in Ramadan you'll care about the poor and destitute and the calamity -stricken even after Ramadan.

If you have a bowl of curry and the other household hasnt even got that, then you are considered as wealthy compared to that person.
So never think you have less food so you can't help others. inshaaAllah your food in your home wont diminish.

May Allah swt grant us the taufeeq! Ameen
