Subhanallah Just Amazing how Hazrat Sahib explained the event of Yusuf Ala Nabiyyina wa Alayhi's Salaam in the light of Tasawwuf
And explained the 7 doors as the Seven Lataaif

Also Tafsir of The Quran according to the current times

Reminds of the saying of Khawaja Ghareeb Nawaz Fazal Ali Shah Qureshi RA who used to say that if you wish to understand the Quran then adopt Taqwa

We are fortunate to have hazrat sahib (a man of taqwa) amongst us

This is Ilm e Ladunni

May Allah swt give us the tawfeeq to practice and make the most of Qutb e Alam Ghaws e Zaman Muhtaram Hazrat Sahib's Sohbat (company)

There cannot be a greater loss than sin & it takes one to hellfire. It's not necessary for the sins to be many or major, a single sin may take one to Hell. Every sin has the ability or the effect to take a person to hell so we should refrain from sin.

A sinner cannot enter Jannah, rather the ones in Jannah will be free from sins.

It doesnt mean we refrain from backbiting or lying but consider it fine to do all other sins. Rather, a person should commit NO sins.

This is why Allah gives us fasting to attain taqwa. We must bear In mind that Its not sins that spoil a fast, even a single sin can ruin your fast.
If one works hard and strives his entire life, but commits a sin/sins, then he is wasting his efforts.
So the biggest objective in life is to protect ourselves!
If we have erred Allah gives us a cure through repentance.
We may perform 2 rakat nafil to please Allah or do 1 tasbih of istighfar.
The more you regret and have remorse after committing a sin Allah tala will elevate your status.
In reality sins can elevate a persons rank IF he repents and does taubah.

So when you sin, Do istighfar immediately and the sin will be cancelled. And if you keep it stuck to you then straight into Hell fire. As long as it is on the body, all the wretchedness and curse of hell fire will be upon that person. Allah ta'ala's mercy will not come close to a person and shayateen will attack and influence such a person.

For example :

If you keep something dirty in your pocket, as long as it is there, the stench continuously emanates from your pocket, & until you take it out the smell will not disappear. Similarly with sins , if they are attached to your body its effects continue to take place. And the stench of sin is such that no angel shall come close to you. So how will Allahs mercy reach you like this?

It is Allah Ta'alas grace that he gives a person the taufeeq (ability) to repent. Hence the blessed Awliyah Allah are the Mercy of Allah because they teach a person to make taubah.
Sin is such an impure thing that Allah gave us this entire month so that we may avoid sins and when we do this we will become a Muttaqi.
A sin whether it is equivalent to a dot or a particle it's still classed as a sin and its effects will take place. And every sin whether small or large will show it's full colours.
We posses a human inclination towards sin through nafs and shaytan so it cant be that the sin wont take place. It is possible because nafs and shaytan influence us. So we need to protect ourselves.

To refrain from sinning we need a power, a specific energy , we must be so strong that we can understand what a sin is and control that sin. If that power is weak then the sin will be committed immediately. If the power is stronger then it help us to avoid sinning.
So we need to continually increase that power and energy.
Allah ta'ala has given a beautiful example of an event in surah Yusuf.

The woman in who's house Yusuf عليه السلام was living in tried to lure & attract him with her beauty. Being a woman she utilized her methods. She invited him and called him then closed the doors.

Look at the environment which was created and how the nafs was being trapped. This is an example from the quran as to how the nafs can be influenced. This is how a person is invited towards sins.

The whole body of a person is like a home and inside is the nafs so we have desires we need to contend with.

The nafs encourages one towards sin and this is its task which it persists in without stepping back, to the extent that it makes a person implement the sin. this is how dangerous the nafs is.

In some narration it states zulaykha closed 7 doors so that he could not leave so you could say the nafs is equivalent to those 7 doors!

There are7 doors within us (lateefah qalb, ruh, sir, khafi, akhfa, nafs, qalbiya and these doors and nafs seals these doors beforehand so that the person cannot run away when it attracts him with a sin. Nafs doesnt let us do good but leads us to sin.

The quran shows us this scene. So how was Yusuf عليه السلام saved from this sin?
Theres only one way to be safe from sin and that's if the power Allah gave us is increased and strong. Yusuf عليه السلام was a prophet and when the environment of sin was created, in his heart the thought could have developed for the woman. The Quran says that the thought may have developed further.

So how can a person be saved when the nafs creates an environment and all our 7 doors of defence are closed?

If a person doesnt go to the wali Allah then he doent succeed.

The nafs makes a person like an animal because our doors are all closed.
If we unlock these doors via the teaching of a friend of Allah we will be able to run out when nafs encourages us to a sin.

All 7 doors were shut for Yusuf عليه السلام but what saved him was the shariee power and his taqwa was on a high level to the extent that the sharee daleel was presented before him informing him that this isnt right, it is wrong.

The power of his taqwa was greater and stronger Than the environment of that sin so he turned to Allah. His trust in Allah was so strong that although the doors were locked whichever one he ran to they unlocked.
So the blessed Awliyah say that when a person is being overwhelmed by sin he should begin the Dhikr of Allah. He should run towards the doors Latifah qalb latifa ruh latifa khafee, akhfa. Whichever door he runs to it will unlock and he will run from the sin.

His senses and awareness will return to him and he will immediately avoid that sin. He will see every sin as a major sin as his taqwa is high, increased.

So Allah ta'ala gave us the story of Yusuf عليه السلام to learn this.

To fight against a sin we need to strengthen that power and energy which is taqwa. The more power your taqwa has the more it will allow you to leave the sin.

Behind every sin is the desire of the Nafs. And Nafs sugarcoat the sins.

So How to be protected from sins?
With taqwa because it has the power to release a person from sins.

May allah ta'la grant us true taqwa. Ameen
