Summary of Bayan:

Based on the Hadith found in Musnad Ahmad, pondering (i.e. Qalbi Dhikr also known as Muraqabah) for one moment is greater than 70 years of worship

Qalbi Dhikr (the silent dhikr or muraqabah) is to think silently in the heart (without moving the tongue or making any sound), ‘Allah, Allah, Allah’ – to think this with the tongue of the heart, not the tongue of the mouth

With Qalbi dhikr, a person’s worship (i.e. Salah, Qur’an, Hajj etc) will be elevated and more readily accepted by Allah Ta’ala. Why? Because Salah (or any other ibadah) is greater with the dhikr of Allah than a salah without dhikr

Qalbi Dhikr is the high level dhikr which is taught by the Sheikh to the student

The Khatam-e-Khwajgan (The kalimaats recited before we do Qalbi dhikr in the morning & evening i.e. HasbunaAllahu Wanimaal Wakeel etc), this is only done in the company of the Sheikh. This is not recited by a student alone nor is this the lesson for the student.

The Khatam-e-Khwajgan is hosted by the Sheikh as Esale e Thawab assigned for the pious predecessors of this Silsila i.e. It is recited and the reward is assigned to the Wali’s of Allah of this Silsila. This way, the blessings (Fuyooz) can inshaAllah splash onto the heart when we then do Muraqabah. For example, La Howla Wala Quwata Illah Billah is recited and then this kalimaat’s reward is assigned to Mujadid Alf Thani. The noor of the Sheikh’s teaching will then come to the heart

So Khatm-e-Khwajgan is like a gift to the pious predecessors. You have been taught the Deen of Allah Ta’ala via his Wali’s (the Sheikh’s), so you should give a gift (in the form of Esale e Thawab)

The lesson for the student is the Dhikr prescribed by the Sheikh. Doing the Dhikr the Sheikh teaches will allow a student to progress.

Through Qalbi Dhikr, all the virtues will come through this dhikr. Your intention should be correct. If you do the following 4 then do the Qalbi Dhikr, your status in the hereafter will be great inshaAllah and the Dhikr will be light upon light; 1. Protect the faradh (compulsory) actions 2. Follow the Sunnah of Nabi Sallahu Alayhi Wassalam 3. Earn halal rizq 4. Stay away from all sins (major & minor)

No matter what your condition i.e. you have problems, you feel sad, hollow inside, whispers of shaytaan etc, straight away go to the cure and do Muraqabah. The heart will be revived inshaAllah.

Those who will have progressed in the hereafter based on the Hadith of Nabi Sallahu Alayhi Wasalam are those who always remembered Allah Ta’Ala.

Work hard and do muraqabah (Silent dhikr) as much as you can, spend time on this Dhikr that the Sheikh has taught. Those who have learnt it and do not do it are losers. Those who have not learnt, both men and women should learn from the Sheikh. It is the greatest Dhikr as shown by the Hadith.

Is it possible to get a question form on this website?

I would like to know regarding Muraqaba Indal Quboor (meditating at the grave of saints)

What the intention should be
How it should be done
Is it for reward purposes or to gain anything?
And can it be done at Any grave or only at the grave of saints or only at the grave of the Mashaykh of the silsila you're in?

Lets say I have never met any Shaykh and therefore, I am not given any Zikr-e-Qalbi to stick with. What should I do in that case? Should I stick to this Murakaba or meet with a Shaykh?
