We are gathered in different locations of the world for the purpose of the dhikr. In Ahadith, it mentions that the mercy of Allah ta'ala descends upon the Dhaakireen. What a great honour and reward from Allah ta'ala upon us! We should never be lazy and negligent towards these gatherings.

If a person has no care after committing a sin and he delays prayers, he is distant from Allah ta'ala no matter how prosperous and rich he may be in the world. He is the one who fails to perform good deeds.
