Bayan Episode 47- The Last Asharah in Manchester

Even if a person is uneducated, ignorant and illiterate, he can still attain a high rank in Paradise through dhikr. Every person can attain Paradise through dhikr.

There was a woman who came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, 'I cannot recite much but I desire paradise. Nabi ﷺ smiled and asked her to recite 'SubhaanAllah.' This is such an easy Kalimah to recite that even a child is able to recite it.

The owner of the most deeds in the Hereafter will be the one who recited سبحان الله وبحمده a hundred times.

In this era of scientific advancement and technology, we lead busy lives, yet, Allah ta'ala has granted us easy Kalimaat to recite to attain a high status in Paradise.

When we recite this Kalimah, we are granted the reward of freeing a slave and our sins are forgiven even if they are as much as the foam on the sea.

This is the Tasbih of the whole universe including the angels. The existence of the whole universe is based on this Kalimah.

The high grade believers such as the Huffadh and the Ulamah have high ranks, but they have a greater test. Their reckoning will be severe and very few from amongst them will pass. However, the dhaakireen will not be severely tested because only those who love Allah ta'ala, perform dhikr.

Allah ta'ala has made it so easy to enter Paradise through these easy Kalimaat.

سبحان الله وبحمده سبحان الله العظيم

This is a very beloved Kalimaat to Allah ta'ala. Whomsoever recites this, it will fill his scale of deeds in the Hereafter.
Dhikr is such a great deed that it brings other deeds, such as prayer, to the level of acceptance.

When the WaliAllah loves the student, then he pulls on them. Thereafter, the student becomes a lover and both gain mutual love and the student benefits from the teacher.

We are given grey hair to remind us to prepare for our grave and leave sins behind. We are extremely foolish to be running after the world and wealth at this point. Our direction of life should change and we should detach ourselves from this world.

Grey hair is a message from Allah ta'ala just as keeping the beard is. There is great wisdom behind keeping a beard.

We should sit in the company of the WaliAllah and graze from the gatherings of dhikr. In this gathering, we forget the world as it is a portion from Paradise. As long as we are in his company, we are in Paradise. We should stop quarrelling and picking out the defects and faults of others. We should not think that we are superior due to our stack of deeds. We should focus upon ourselves and assess our own state. If we see someone with a defect, we should pray for them and pray for our own protection. We should seek forgiveness for ourselves and for them. It is not a glory of a Muslim to take out defects in others.

When we meet others with good character and we hide their traits, it makes them feel more pious than us. Thus, that sinner is given encouragement and passion.

Perhaps Allah ta'ala has forgiven them, so we should not expose them and we should not hold malice and hatred towards them.

If a person does not perform I'itikaaf due to fulfilling the need of another, he receives the reward of ten years of I'itikaaf. This is how a person becomes close to Allah ta'ala.

A person should feel protection in your company and they should feel comfortable. A person represents this quality when he engages in dhikr. A dhaakir doesn't frown and criticise others. He treats others well and he embraces his enemies. He hides the sins of others and he is kind, even towards the sinners. He does not make others feel inferior. Rather, others become improved due to his great conduct.

Sisters should take allegiance from a Sheikh too. We should encourage our sisters to become a dhaakir so that light may enter their homes. This is our propagation of Islam. Sisters shouldn't worry about fulfilling lengthy recitation and Wazifah. The Sheikh will prescribe what is according to their capacity.

May Allah ta'ala allow us to implement. Ameen
