Jewels of Ramadhan 2025 - Episode 10

Whoever recites Surah Ikhlas twelve times, Allah ta'ala will build him a palace in Paradise.

The reward for our recitation goes to the pious Mashaikh due to whose association we are reciting. However, if a person intends to send this reward to a certain individual, then that person will also receive the reward. It is not restricted in the court of Allah ta'ala. Allah ta'ala will grant the reward to whomsoever you intend for. This is a good opportunity to intend rewards for our grandparents, parents or our Sheikh whether He is alive or deceased. We can request Allah ta'ala to convey the rewards to them.

For example, if we are sacrificing an animal for the sake of Allah ta'ala, then we can include the Ummah in that sacrifice and the entire Ummah will be given the reward. When we make dua collectively after Khatam Khawjgan, we may include them in the reward too. Rather, it is a great bonus. The blessings of that Sheikh will also be given to the person you are intending for.

We should never be stingy in asking Allah ta'ala to convey rewards. Rather, if we recite Quran, we should intend for the reward to be conveyed to our pious elders and those who have favoured us in our life. InshaAllah the reward will be delivered to that person.

We are all capable of giving rewards to others so we should have an open heart. It doesn't matter where the soul is, Allah ta'ala will deliver the reward to them immediately.

This gathering is not limited and Isaale Thawaab can be delivered to everyone. Naqshbandi blessing will be given to them.

It is not just limited to those who are deceased.
Even those who are alive may receive the rewards and their ranks may be raised. We should convey the rewards to others by giving charity in their name, cook food for others in their name. This is according to our love and passion.

There are many routes and formulas, yet we don't pay attention. We should include the whole Ummah in our actions.

When Nabi ﷺ was granted a gift, he would supplicate for that person or he would repay with an item. Dua is a great way of repaying the favour.

Hahdrat Mujjadad Alf Thani رحمة الله عليه states that the spiritual status of reward is such that whomsoever we recite these Kalimaat for, the Kalimaat is presented in their service and the reward is laid out and delivered to them. The angels convey the rewards and the inhabitants of the graves who are close by congratulate the recipient of rewards.

The Mashaikh state that the there is a greater method of conveying reward and that is to use the intermediary of the Prophet ﷺ and his family. We should first convey the reward to him ﷺ and his family. It will be sent in his ﷺ court and then he becomes the intermediary. Thereafter, Nabi ﷺ will send the reward to that person you desire to send it to. This is a greater way taught by the Mashaikh.

If you deliver reward to others, someone will deliver rewards for you afterwards too.

We should convey to those who are alive and the deceased. If we want to increase love and friendship with someone, then we should grant them gifts. The bad thoughts and waswasah will begin to eliminate. We should send reward to our enemies too. When it arrives to him and his soul is refreshed, the love will enter him and the enmity will diminish.

Our intentions should be correct and sincere. We must take the first step of Tasawwuf in acquiring promotion otherwise, we cannot ascend the other stages. In Tasawwuf, the first step is your Sheikh. You cannot bypass him and reach the other stages otherwise, you will slip.
You should never be greedy in Tasawwuf and want everything for yourself and in haste. You will never attain blessings like this.

Some people desire to see the Prophet ﷺ. In order to acquire this, they make it a habit to recite a certain Durood Shareef. However, they are not steadfast. They recite Durood Shareef in abundance but, they are not steadfast upon it. This is why the Mashaikh do not give permission for a person to engage in voluntary actions. The reward is in the action and not merely for the passion.

We have no patience, however, Allah ta'ala loves patience. We should be consistent upon this action even if it is by reciting a small amount. If we will not receive the result of our consistent action today, then in the grave we will receive the blessed vision. This is a promise from Allah ta'ala. We should promise to be steadfast and then we will attain.

Sisters cannot be consistent upon doing much dhikr compared to the men, however, if they are steadfast, they will be rewarded as much as the one who is doing a higher quantity of dhikr.

We should recite our duas with a loud voice. We may be tired, however, when we seek from Allah ta'ala, we must be alert and conscious. Whilst asking, we should allow our tears to flow. The more sincere and humble we are, the more readily our supplications are accepted.

If we wish to make our Ramadan beautiful, we must learn the dhikr of Allah ta'ala as this is a great gift of Ramadan.

May Allah ta'ala allow us to implement. Ameen
