To remember Allah is a great mercy from Allah, big treasure. Well tended garden, vs neglected one. Feel nice in former, latter becomes like jungle. Same like heart. Nice, looked-after, cultivated heart - flowers of Allah's nearness grow, good character comes out. Bad, unprotected heart - darkness, bad smell, bad thoughts, bad actions, whispering of shaitan, haram, lying, backbiting.
More you tend and look after garden, nicer the flowers. Same with heart. Only way for closeness to Allah is by protecting and cleaning our heart. Claim you do ibadat and have love of Allah, but swear, fraud, break sunnah etc. Our body is for ours, for our benefit, but the heart - that is for Allah! To not give your heart to Allah, to love anything else, is shirk. Don't give it to temporary things. Give it to Allah and Allah will protect it.
Black heart will spoil everything, will ruin us, eg through bad words we utter. Hadith - If you say about someone "I swear, they will never be forgiven, they'll be ruined on Judgement day" (serious accusation,
very common nowadays during argument/anger), then Allah swears that they will be forgiven and wipe away your deeds. Hadith - remind/taunt someone about sin that they have repented from (eg those of dhikr, remind them of how they were before), Allah promises that you will do those sins before you die. Worse is the one with pride, haughtiness, successful is the sincere, humble and lowly. How did these weeds, insects, nastiness come out of our mouths? Bad hearts.
Ya ayuhalladheena aamanudhkurullah dhikran katheera Wa subihu bukratawa aseela. Allah tells us directly that to look after our hearts, we have to do dhikr IN ABUNDANCE. Morning and evening - essential. All friends of Allah connected with dhikr, because this is only way to protect yourself. Katheera - unlimited, ie every beat of your heart. Not forced counting, but do with zest and love, just like people immersed in their business, be immersed in this.
Need to protect your heart 24/7 - you don't know when thief is going to come, ie when your utter something that will ruin you, will waste your deeds, just like you lock your house every day, even though don't expect thief every day. 24/7 = dhikr of heart + do it morning+evening.

Alhamdulillah hi hamdan kathhera that Allah Rabbul Izzah returned Hazrat Sahib back to us needy people and gave us another gathering of dhikurAllah Alhamdulillah. May Allah T'ala grant Hazrat Sahib the best in everything ameen.
