Allah's questioning of us, about how we fulfilled His favours/bounties, will be severe. Our life, body, every joint - all favours. Food, drink, Ramadhan etc, great favours. What will save us from the severe reckoning of all these favours?
The sunnah, as always, has the answer. Rasoolullah (saws) stated that if you start an action with Bismillah, and end with alhamdulillah, you won't have to give any reckoning for it! That's how some people will have no reckoning!
Society, especially youngsters, university etc, dangerous - not for health, but for deen. Weakness in deen, overcome by shaitan. Talk to them about sunnah, they say where's proof, talk about hajj after hajj, their fuse will blow - taken over by shaitan.
Hadhrat Mujaddad-alf-thani - someone caused earth to tremble, and they stopped it with miswak - said that this line, tasawwuf, is about sunnah, not miracles. Dhikr is about cleaning heart, and thus dispelling shaitaan's whispers and thus following sunnah. That's it.
