Dunya is deception. "small" sins - white lie, backbiting, cheat someone for few pounds - earning jahannam. All these quarrels between relatives not possible when everyone's rights fulfilled properly. So, this action Rasoolullah (s) will make all this good. And it's not hard. No prescription is difficult. With this action, both dunya and aakhirah will be sorted! Make niyyah.
Action - DO DHIKR IN ABUNDANCE. Medicine to cure all bad in us. Our job is dhikr, Allah's job is to cure us. Abundance - means all the time, even when sleeping, so can't just be from tongue. How? WITH EVERY BEAT OF THE HEART. How learn this - taubah to clean sins, do dhikr of heart, Allah, Allah, Allah. Do morning and evening. Secondly, can do with tasbeeh. This way, heart will become alive with Allah's name.
