25 Shawwal 2025 Majlis In Memory of Hadhrat Ali Murtaza (ra)
When Allah ta'ala desires to revive His deen, He creates the resources to enable this.
After the Messengers departed this world, Allah ta'ala allowed the propagation of deen to continue through the AwliyahAllah. They perform the same work which Allah ta'ala assigned to the Prophets and they improve the society.
Deen refers to worship, however, the complete deen refers to entering Islam wholeheartedly. If you do not have the complete religion, then you will follow the footsteps of Shaytan.
A person faces struggles when practicing the deen. However, when a person becomes afraid and sells himself for his desires, he ruins his Hereafter.
The true deen is to obey Allah ta'ala and His Messenger ﷺ. We must worship and obey the Prophet ﷺ, otherwise, our worship is not accepted and we do not attain anything.
By siting in the company of the AwaliyahAllah, we gain the same deen which the companions attained from the Prophet ﷺ.
We must follow the laws of Allah ta'ala and His Rasul ﷺ. This deen is acquired through the company of the authentic Sheikh. It is not difficult to practice deen. In fact, it is made easy through the company of a Sheikh.
Worship does not grant us this impact. Through the company of the Sheikh, one is positively impacted and his deen is not contaminated.
We should seek the true deen from Allah ta'ala through which we may gain the love for the Sunnah and our inner and external state is improved.
When you have the true deen and you understand the true deen, your deen will not be contaminated.
If we wish to be successful, we must practice the true deen through which we may practice the Sunnah, otherwise , we will face darkness in both worlds. This is the message which the Prophets and the AwaliyahAllah spread.
We must visit the Sheikh with the sincerity of acquiring the true deen. We must not be afraid of adorning the Sunnah in fear of repercussions.
We must trust Allah ta'ala that He will grant us provisions. We must perform those actions which the Prophet ﷺ instructed. We should make his preferences our preference and we will be granted many great rewards in return.
This becomes easy to practice after meeting a waliAllah because they already have these qualities present within them. Thus, in their company Allah ta'ala makes it easy for us to improve and our children are also positively impacted.
As humans, we are quickly influenced by our environment. This is a quality Allah ta'ala has placed within us. This is in our nature.
Thus, when we visit the company of a WaliAllah who already practice the deen, we also embrace that lifestyle. Their colour rubs off on to us. Thereafter, the student is given strength and determination to practice.
Often, a person forgets Allah ta'ala amidst the challenges of life. Therefore, we should protect ourselves and our children. We should practice the deen ourselves and improve our children. If we fail to practice, our future generations will forget the deen. We should keep our traditions of the deen alive and practice them. We should be proud of our Islamic customs. We should not degrade ourselves.
The waliAllah does not harbour enmity or opposition against anyone. They have no hatred nor enemies. We should value their company. We should be grateful for it and benefit from it. We will never be deprived and depart empty handed from his company.
Dhikr and the Sunnah are two wings which cause a person to soar and reach his destination. We should take hold of both.
