This is Khatam Khawjgaan. Khawjgaan refers to the pious predecessors who spread the Naqshbandi Silsila. It was the great Mashãikh's habit to recite specific extremely virtuos Quranic verses before dhikr as sadaqah jariyah for the buzurg. After this we perform Isaale thawaab to the pious predecessors and then their Mercy spreads within our Dhikr Gathering. Thereafter, we engage in dhikr. However, Khatam Khawjgan is done in the company of a Sheikh and one cannot perform it alone.
After the Khatam Khawjgan commences, you may blow on water three times and drink it and it will become a cure for every sick patient. Ensure you possess haqqul yaqeen and the Quran will give you cure for everything. These kalimaat contain many blessings. Allah ta'ala has given us the treasure of Imaan and in reality, we are truly independent from every one else. It's not our duty to seek from people. Sit with a Sheikh and revive your Lataaif. Give life to your heart and don't waste your life. A heart which is alive, is beneficial. You're wasting time building houses in this world whilst in the Hereafter you'll be given paradise with beautiful houses and beautiful wives. Avoid looking at those who are wealthier than you. Don't over concern yourselves with earning money. It’s a waste of time because everything will soon perish.
Understand yourself. You have a very valuable asset within you. If your heart is alive, then the whole world is alive for you. Nabi ﷺ should be your real role model. Avoid concerning yourself with others. Muslims should respect all religions and pray for others for them to be guided and have the understanding of deen. We shouldn’t hate , fight or criticise non believers as they are the creation of Allah.
Allah ta'ala settled us in this country and created our generation here so that we may give da'wah to people. You don't need to be a big scholar or have knowledge of Ahadith for this. Simply practice the ways of your role model ﷺ and everyone will be impressed by you as Allah ta'ala creates respect for deen in this way.
The youngsters in particular should strive to live as good people. Islam doesn't stop you from worldly things but just don't forget Allah. Read your 5 times salaah and follow the Sunnah. Give love and possess good character. Be humble as the Prophet ﷺ was very humble. Follow him outwardly and inwardly. Don't lie or cheat anyone. Give your full tax. Each of you are a representative of deen and have the responsibility of tabligh not by talking, but representing your role model through your good character. Don't be shy to represent your religion. They will respect you if you don't fight with them. Have humanity and softness and love. This is the style of Islam. Whatever occupation you have, use it to invite other people through your character. This is the best Quran and the true deen which you are representing to them. There's a lot of attraction in following your role model. You can conquer everything in this way.
Everything is required to be learnt. You can't study everything yourself through books. Revive your heart. Go to an authentic Sheikh who practically spent time in the company of a kaamil Sheikh in the khankah and who has been given the permission. This is because knowledge comes from the chest and hearts and reflections, not through the books. One cannot become a Doctor by studying from a book. Rather, he must learn practically in the hospital to build confidence and experience. Similarly one cannot learn the way of Allah without practice and without the company of a Sheikh. When you spend quality time with a Sheikh, then the knowledge will transfer within you automatically.
You have not attended this gathering to gain an education or to improve your social status. You've come here to improve your deen.
